Cotton Bud comes from the family of top-class stayers Coastal Path, Martaline and Reefscape, and was bought as a two-year-old after four runs. Her last run was a solid second on handicap debut over a mile at Nottingham, and given her pedigree she looks open to plenty of improvement as she matures and steps up in trip.
After arriving at Shaun’s she was given the winter off and she is now gradually building up towards a turf campaign. She looks the type who could develop into a useful staying handicapper, with hurdling also a possible option later on.
Shares in Cotton Bud are available as equal 1% shares. Owners receive regular updates and videos, share in prize money, and have a good chance of an owners’ badge when she runs.

Monthly Costs: £23
Current syndicate term: to 31 October 2027. If the syndicate carries on beyond this date, your share is unaffected unless the horse is sold or you decide to leave.
